SHIPPING POLICY
At Signified Xpression, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with the same attention to detail that inspires our collections. We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order through to its arrival.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During new collection launches, promotional periods or peak showing seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. Should any unexpected delays occur, we will keep you informed.
Shipping Within Australia
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email where applicable.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.
While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, Signified Xpression is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on selected products. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love every Signified Xpression purchase. If, however, you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

is unused and in original condition

is returned with all original packaging and tags

has not been worn, altered or damaged

is accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return postage for change of mind purchases is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.
Bespoke & Custom-Made Products
As many Signified Xpression pieces are individually created or customised specifically for our customers, bespoke, personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This includes products made to your requested specifications, personalised items or custom orders.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in the quality of every product we offer.
If you believe your item has arrived faulty, damaged, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the item to assist with assessing the issue.
If the product is found to have a major fault, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
