Frequently asked questions
General
Yes. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Tracking information will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.
Selected products may be available for international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be calculated at checkout where available. Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of receiving your order.
Bespoke and custom-made items are individually created to your specifications and generally require approximately 3 weeks to complete before dispatch.
Once we have received your bespoke order, we'll contact you with a more accurate estimated completion and dispatch timeframe. We understand you're excited to receive your order and will keep you informed throughout the process.
During new collection launches, promotional periods or peak showing seasons, processing times may vary slightly. Should any unexpected delays occur, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Yes.
Some Signified Xpression pieces are available as bespoke or personalised items. These products are individually created to your specifications and require additional production time.
As each bespoke, personalised or custom-made product is individually created to your specifications, these items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This includes circumstances where incorrect measurements, colours, styles, wording or other specifications have been provided by the customer at the time of ordering. We kindly ask that all details are carefully checked before your order is submitted.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your bespoke or custom-made item has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, or has not been made in accordance with the agreed specifications, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Many of our accessories will also feature in our Journal, where you'll find practical "How I..." articles sharing tips on presentation, storage, maintenance and getting the most from your Signified Xpression pieces.
Some collections become permanent favourites, while others are released in limited quantities.

Signified Xpression is primarily an online boutique, allowing us to offer thoughtfully curated collections to customers across Australia.
You'll also find us at selected equine events throughout the year, where we'll pop up with a carefully chosen range of our products. These events provide the perfect opportunity to see our collections in person, ask questions and experience the quality and craftsmanship firsthand.
